The C3 Racing Partnership

Welcome to the C3 Partnership.

Own a share in PACK IT IN, our promising 3 year old gelding, purchased at Doncaster Premier Yearling sale in 2014. After a steady 2 year old start to his career, he has matured into a strong and good looking horse, showing great promise gearing up for the 2016 Flat racing season. Trained by Brian Meehan at Manton, situated on top of the Marlborough Downs in Wiltshire, this is an opportunity to become involved in racehorse ownership exclusive to anyone associated with C3 House.

  • Enjoy mornings on the gallops at Manton
  • Days out at the races
  • Newsletters and regular updates

Registered in the Plus10 Bonus scheme and a 1/8 share costs £8,750.00. Each share can be divided in half (£4,500.00) or in quarter (£2,250.00). This amount is a contribution to the partnership and as such is zero rated for VAT.

The partnership is registered at Weatherbys, the administrative body of racing. Weatherbys will conduct its racing account and VAT return. The partnership will run until the end of October 2016, when a decision will be made whether to keep him in training or to sell at Tattersalls Horses In Training sale in Newmarket.

As the gelding was lightly raced last year and shows all the signs of a promising 3 year old, we look forward to keeping him in training for 2016. The costs for this are about £3,750.00 per share.

This does not include extraordinary veterinary charges or travel outside of the United Kingdom.

This Big Bad Bob geld is a lovely horse. He is showing enormous presence and has a great attitude to his work.

A first foal for Evening Dress, whose dam bred multiple *'black-type' earner Beach Bunny, he comes from a remarkable pedigree. His sire Big Bad Bob is from the great ROBERTO line.

Brian Meehan comments "Showing all the hallmarks of his pedigree I, as a shareholder, think he is a very exciting prospect."

*'Black-type' is a term used by the bloodstock industry to denote a horse that has won or been placed in a top rank Pattern or Listed race. This greatly improves the breeding and sale value of the horse.
